At GOJO, Tom embeds life cycle thinking and creates sustainable value through the product development process with tools like Life Cycle Assessment, biomimicry, chemical hazard assessments and sustainable packaging scorecards. He also leads several cross functional teams that deliver results to the enterprise's sustainability goals. Tom holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University.
