Juan Amezquita

Juan Amezquita brings his diverse financial and operational leadership to his role as Chief Financial and Operating Officer for GOJO. He manages multiple departments including Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain and Information Technology. Critical initiatives he is responsible for managing with others includes quality of financial reporting, managing relationships with GOJO’s financial partners, identifying and driving supply chain optimization and realizing supply chain savings.

Prior to joining GOJO, Juan served as Chief Financial Officer for Libbey Glass, one of the world's largest glass tableware manufacturers, and was instrumental in executing margin expansion and cash generation. Before Libbey, he worked for Owens- Illinois, for 15 years, in roles of increasing responsibility including several global leadership roles in finance and strategy. His last role at OI was as Vice President of Strategy and Integration where he drove their Integrated Business Planning process and ensured execution of strategic projects and initiatives globally through robust project management.

Juan holds a master’s degree from Purdue University. He is originally from Colombia and holds degrees in Finance from Antioquia University and Computer Science from EAFIT University in Medellín, Colombia.

Juan and his family have lived in Ohio since 2008. He is a devoted Cleveland Cavaliers fan and loves basketball and soccer. With a son and daughter at the University of Notre Dame, he and his wife always root for the Irish.
