Rich Clark is a seasoned leader and operations expert with a successful career spanning several decades in multiple industries. As the Head of Supply Chain at GOJO Industries, Rich plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's Purpose of Saving Lives and Making Life Better Through Well-Being Solutions for our valued customers.

As the Chief Supply Chain Officer, Rich drives the performance and optimization of GOJO’s Supply Chain and is responsible in partnership with others for Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics, Engineering, Operational Excellence, Global Sourcing, Contract Manufacturing, and Integrated Business Planning.

Rich joined GOJO in 2013 as Compliance Business Operations Director and was promoted to Field Operations Vice President in 2015, Supply Chain Strategy, Systems and Solutions Vice President in 2020, and Supply Chain Vice President in 2023. Rich provides exceptional enterprise leadership and was instrumental in leading GOJO’s supply chain efforts along with many cross-functional team members during and post-pandemic, and has used his dynamic and positive leadership to make a meaningful impact at GOJO.

Rich started his journey as a US Navy Officer, where, in addition to foundational leadership skills, Rich learned invaluable lessons in discipline, strategy, and teamwork. Over the years, Rich has held key leadership positions at some of the world's most respected companies, including Target, Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated, and Frito-Lay. These roles equipped him with a diverse range of experiences in different industries, making him a versatile and dynamic leader.

Rich proudly serves on the Akron Canton Regional Food Bank Board of Directors and is passionate about coaching and mentoring, having guided dozens of current and former colleagues on their leadership journeys.

Rich finds joy in tackling projects around the house and sharing quality time with his family.
