As GOJO’s Chief People and Culture Officer, Emily Esterly brings curiosity and innovation to her role at GOJO, with experience spanning Human Resources and Organizational Development (HROD), corporate strategy, economic development, workforce development, culture and employee engagement, and corporate sustainability. Working with GOJO since 2018, her work in HROD and Enterprise Strategy has focused on advancing innovative ways of working across a highly collaborative networked organization. Emily’s passion is helping teams and individuals at GOJO reach their full potential, both personally and professionally, as they deliver on the GOJO Purpose – Saving Lives and Making Life Better Through Well-Being Solutions.

Emily’s career has included her role as Vice President of Commercial Strategy at E.P. Technologies, and prior to that in management consulting with Bush Consulting Group and with BrownFlynn. Her diverse industry experience includes biomedical, environmental, specialty chemical, healthcare, and construction.

Emily received her B.A. in Environmental Geology, Women's Studies, and International Politics from Vanderbilt University and her M.A. in Environmental Studies from Cleveland State's Levin College of Urban Affairs. She lives in Northeast Ohio with her husband and son.
