Carol Wilson, Ph.D.
Social & Behavioral Sciences Senior Scientist, GOJO Industries
Dr. Carol Wilson joined GOJO Industries in 2018 to apply the science of human behavior, cognition, and affect toward improving life solutions and well-being for team members and customers alike. In her current role as Social and Behavioral Sciences Senior Scientist, Dr. Wilson provides research-grounded thought leadership and methodological expertise toward collaboratively solving important human challenges and designing better products, services, tools, and systems for GOJO.
Dr. Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Social Psychology from Texas A&M University. Prior to joining GOJO, she spent almost 20 years conducting human behavioral science research in university settings and nearly a decade solving engineering problems in the chemical manufacturing industry.
