Felicia Townsend, EdD, MBA
Program Director, ISSA Hygieia Network
Dr. Felicia L. Townsend is the Program Director for the ISSA Hygieia Network where she oversees the operations, development, and implementation of leadership conferences, educational webinars, a mentoring program and outreach efforts across the U.S. and Canada. She collaborates with over 55 corporate leaders across eight Committees, Council, and Executive Advisory Board.
Dr. Townsend started her career in adult education as the Director of Business and Industry Services at a community college where she secured and developed customized trainings and conferences for non and for-profit organizations. She continued serving adult learners in a dual role as an Assistant Dean and Director of the Center for Professional Excellence at a private university and later as the Director of Corporate and Community Education at a public university in Illinois.
Dr. Townsend earned her doctorate (Ed.D) in Adult and Continuing Education from National Louis University, a MBA in Marketing from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a M.Ed in Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a BS in Marketing from DePaul University.

Named after the Greek goddess of cleaning and hygiene, ISSA Hygieia Network provides education, mentoring, networking, and support programs to help women succeed in the workplace.
