Jennifer Ross, Ed, D.
Vice President of Diversity, Education, and Engagement at the Akron Urban League
Dr. Ross is the Vice President, Diversity, Education & Engagement at the Akron Urban League. She holds her Bachelor of Arts from Walsh University, Master of Education, and Doctor of Education from Ashland University. She has served as Chief Education Consultant, Adjunct Professor, and Master teacher among other roles over the past 20 years. She also brings experience as a Post Doc Senior Research Fellow on Critical Race Theory and Intersectionality and Policy Studies.
In her role, Jennifer leverages her 20+ years of experience in education, diversity, and inclusion to enable the AUL to have the focus and attention needed on DEI and strategic engagement in our Akron/Summit County community.
