Kimberly Morgan is a leader in the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) space with over 20 years of professional experience currently serving as the DEI, Sr. Director for GOJO Industries. Among her professional accomplishments, she includes being selected to serve on numerous leadership boards as well as being recognized as one of 25 “Women Making a Difference,” as a Distinguished Baylor Black Alumni and awarded the Mayor of Indianapolis Workforce Diversity Award.
She previously served in a director role for almost 5 years at USA Track & Field (USATF) and 14 years at the National Collegiate Athletic Association where she was instrumental in carrying out the vision of the NCAA internal inclusion efforts.
Kimberly earned both her undergraduate B.S. Ed and M.S. Ed – sports management from Baylor University where she was a scholarship student-athlete in track and field. She is currently pursuing a doctorate degree from Indiana Institute of Technology in Global Leadership – Organizational Management.
Kimberly is actively involved in many community endeavors including her church, The Links, Incorporated, and her sorority, where she recently completed a four-year term as President of the Foundation, Ivy Endowment.

Joe Hoff, a Public Sector Sales Manager and a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Reserve, and Phil Null, a Quality Inspector at GOJO Wooster Campus and Military Veteran of the United States Army, generously shared personal stories of their military service with Team GOJO.

GOJO Honors International Women’s Day with a Look Back at Four Women in GOJO History

GOJO was founded in March 1946 on the heels of WWII. It was a time when women stepped into the workforce to fill roles that men had traditionally held. GOJO co-founder Goldie Lippman (pictured in 1958, left) was one of those women; she was a supervisor on the floor of a rubber factory in Akron, Ohio, then the “rubber capitol” of the world.
