Rachel Collins
Director, Education and Outreach, American Cleaning Institute
Rachel Collins is the Director of Education & Outreach at the American Cleaning Institute (ACI) in Washington, D.C., the trade association for the U.S. cleaning products industry. Ms. Collins brings to ACI a broad and extensive background in education, customer service, program management, and science. For the last decade, Rachel worked as a school leader, program administrator, and a teacher in two Virginia public school systems with a focus on science and STEM initiatives. Prior to that, she was a customer service leader for a major retailer, a program manager for a clinical medication access program in Culpeper, Virginia, a program manager for the Association for Public Health Laboratories, and a senior project assistant at the National Academy of Sciences. Ms. Collins has a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Marymount University.
