As a Total Solution Manager, Tumi Oredein worked on Dispensing Systems for our hand hygiene products. He previously worked in product development at numerous other companies. He has also invented and licensed some simple items on his own to win televised competitions such as Walmart Get on the Shelf (with SKRIBS Customizable Wristbands) and Season 1 of Make 48 on Amazon Prime (with Suctioning Drain Cover). He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia, Master of Product Innovation from Virginia Commonwealth University, and recently earned his MBA from University of Akron.

The pain and suffering experienced by Black innovators in history (and African Americans, generally) have directly impacted the rate of African American innovation in the United States. There are countless stories of Black innovators who've stemmed the tide of racism and have given people like me a platform to be creative.
