Teams operate within the following five categories:

We Innovate

GOJO scientists, engineers, creatives, and project managers collaborate across the organization to develop formulations, dispensers, packaging designs, and manufacturing processes to support the production of our products and dispensing systems.

Teams use market research and customer insights to drive meaningful enhancements and plan, create, and analyze many types of sales and marketing collateral to promote our products.

We Make

Many of our manufacturing team members are front-line workers who ensure that formulations, parts, and finished goods are consistently produced according to stringent specifications. Others develop and test efficient, sustainable, and safe operating procedures. And, our manufacturing forecasters meet needs based on sales data and plan operation schedules by anticipating customer demands.

We Sell

The GOJO Sales Team works across the United States and abroad, often with distribution partners and manufacturers’ representative agencies, to market the right products and dispensing systems for our customers.

GOJO™ and PURELL® products are sold in all markets, including healthcare, education, foodservice, manufacturing, and many more.

We also have a best-in-class sales support team who help our customers, distribution partners, and field sales teams find the right solution to their needs.

We Distribute

Within our distribution centers, GOJO team members ship our products worldwide. They execute logistics planning to pack orders and send them to more than 90 countries through a complex distribution network of partners. Our best-in-class field operations teams help to plan and execute complex installations of thousands of dispensing systems at our customer sites across America.

We Enable

There are many other team members across our organization who support the enterprise and ensure we accomplish diverse business needs. Teams work in IT, Finance, Global Sourcing, Human Resources, Legal, and other functional areas. They help everything run smoothly, drive value, and ensure our team members are fulfilled, always learning, and upholding our values. These roles keep our systems running efficiently, drive strategic planning, and keep things sustainable for the future.
