At GOJO Industries, Inc. we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a GOJO skin care, hygiene or disinfection product you purchased from one of our authorized resellers, you may request a refund or product replacement on or before the expiration date of your product.
Because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the GOJO Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser. GOJO reserves the right to require a valid proof of purchase and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion, if it determines that a customer is abusing the Guarantee or has engaged in fraud. GOJO also reserves the right to limit the number of products a customer can return under this Guarantee and to deny requests for returns of bulk quantities of products.

This Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to dispenser products and other hardware. Such products may be covered by the GOJO Reliability Guarantee.
