Srini is Chief Science Officer at GOJO Industries in Akron, OH. He leads Research & Development of Formulations and Dispensing Systems, New Technologies Evaluation, Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety, Quality, Product Acceleration Management and Public Health Advancements. Srini is actively engaged in enabling commercialization of innovative skin care and surface disinfection products for saving lives and making lives better through well-being solutions. Previously, he spent ten years at Bausch and Lomb developing ophthalmic products and ten years at Bristol-Myers Squibb discovering and developing drugs in multiple therapeutic areas. Srini earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from the University of Minnesota, and holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
